Aluminum-casting Rotor Testing System To Test The Rotor Aluminum Filling Quality
1. Test object: aluminum casting rotor
2. Internal structure of the rotor: composed of iron core, aluminum conducting bar and end ring.
3. Test items and description
3.1 Test station: single
3.2 Clamping mode: pneumatic lock
3.3 Test items
Number of conducting bars
Number of broken bar
Number of thin bar
Skewed slot angle of conducting bar
3.4 Integrated test bench makes the system can be applied to test rotor with different dimension
4.1 Test fast: it takes only 3 seconds to test one rotor and output the test result. (Not include the rotor
4.2 Full function:Test the broken bar and thin bar due to porosity, sand hole and residue caused by
manufacturing technic or bad material.
4.3 Simple interface: professional testing software based on Windows XP
4.4 Help and support: the software is attached with manual and testing data analysis
4.5 Built-in IPC could save a large amount of test models and data. The testing data can be exported via
4.6 The testing system support to connect to MES system, optional equipped with the extension function
of barcode scanning and QR code printing.
5. Technical parameter
|Test object||Aluminum casting rotor(squirrel-cage rotor)|
|Display||LCD 19’’ display|
|Data storage||Stored in the system|
|Rotor dimension range||
|Test item||conducting bar quantity, broken bar quantity, thin bar quantity|
|Ambient||Temp 0～40℃, humidity ≤90％RH|
|Power consumption||≤ 100W|
6. Test process:
6.1 Set the test items and parameter range for different rotor models and select the corresponding
model before the test.
6.2 Put the rotor on the test bench and fix it.
6.3 Press the two start button on the panel to start the test, and the indicating light display “in test”.
6.4 All the items will be tested automatically. The operator is not allowed to touch the tested rotor
during the test.
6.5 Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing the test.
6.6 Take out the tested rotor and put continue to test next one from step 2.
