For complete series-wound motor test, the testing equipment can be equipped with two or four test stations, and the left and right stations can be tested at the same time. Test one or two motors at the same time would meet the different test cycle requirements.
Winding resistance, Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, no-load power and rotation can be tested automatically after connecting the leads.

Therefore, DD motor is to test the rotor and stator separately. When test the stator, the rotor is a part of the test tooling, while test the rotor and stator works as test tooling. Assembled the stator and rotor to a complete motor temporarily during the test.
