1. System introduction

 

The low power motor testing machine adopts Linux operating system to control the software. It has both the stability of Linux system and friendly interface of Windows system, which can be used to perform the electrical parameters test for the motor of EV motor, fan, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, power tools etc.

3. Test procedures

  • Set the test sequence and parameters range as to the stator parameters and establish a new model for this type of stator (The model of one stator type needs to be established only for the first time)
  • Put the tested stator on the test bench and clamp it
  • Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is on.
  • All the items will be tested in sequence. The operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.
  • Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing the test.
  • Take out the tested stator and continue to test next one from step 2.
