3. Introduction

  •  Built-in IPC, professional software, clear interface.
  • Standard equipped with yellow, green and red indicating light. Yellow-in test, green-pass, red-fail.
  • The surge test taking the method of capacitor impulse discharge, which would not affect the quality of the coil.
  • Test the environment temperature in real time during the DC winding resistance test. And the resistance testing result will convert to the standard temperature value automatically.
  • All the test items can be enabled or disabled by the operator.
  • The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.
  • Two options are available if NG appears: “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If NG appears when testing the winding resistance, the test can be stopped after testing the three windings.
  • The testing data will be saved in the testing system and exported in USB flash drive.
  • User permission setting can avoid the parameters changed by misoperation.​

 
4. After-sales service

  • The service engineers will check the equipment status or failure via remote control in case of problem occurs.
  • Modular design makes the equipment can be maintained easily. The standard spare board can be sent to the customer site immediately after positioning the failure.
  • Self-diagnose: the testing machine has the function of self-diagnose, which could diagnose itself automatically and position the failure module when switch-on the testing system.
