4. Test method
4.1 Set the test sequence and parameters range based on the stator testing requirements, establish a
new mode;( the model of one type of stator needs to be established only for the first time)
4.2 Place the stator on the test bench and clamp it.
4.3 Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is on.
4.4 Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance and rotation will be tested in sequence. The
4.5 operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.
4.6 The equipment will display PASS or FAIL after the test.
4.7 Place a new stator and continue to test from step 2.
