4. Product features:
The faulty of the stator winding can be easily found under vacuum negative pressure environment. The
vacuum degree can be set freely(0~-90KPa).
5. System function
5.1 Friendly interface, Windows system, automatic data storage
5.2 The testing data will be analyzed automatically during the test and displays pass or fail result.
5.3 Over 1000 motor models can be save d in the system. And the model and test items can be selected.
5.4 Password is required to enter into the calibration interface. This setting can avoid the operator alters
individually.
5.5 Standard test and automatic test mode can be selected. Under standard mode, the test can be started
by clicking the start button with mouse. Under automatic test mode, the test will be started by pressing the
two start button at the same time.
5.6 Two options are available if the stator fails the test, continue to test or stop the test.
5.7 Light sensor protection. The test will be stopped automatically if the operator triggers the light sensor.
