1. Requirement analysis

3. System introduction
Composed of test bench, IPC, master unit, system control software, and function modules, the system
could test safety performance, parameters and back EMF. Press the start button, all the items will be
tested in sequence, and display PASS or Fail.
With IPC, Windows system, professional software, clean interface, the testing system can be operated
easily and simplified the operating process. Standard equipped with three-color alarm light, pass or fail
can be seen through the red and green alarm light sign.

5. Test Process
5.1 Set the test sequence and parameters range as to the stator parameters and establish a new model
for this type of stator (The model of one stator type needs to be established only for the first time).
5.2 Put the tested stator on a designated station and clamp it.
5.3 Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is lightening.
5.4 All the items will be tested. The operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.
5.5 Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing all items test.
5.6 Take out the tested stator and continue to test next one from step 2.
