4. Test process
4.1 Establish a new mode and set the test parameters as to the kitchen exhaust hood motor stator(the model of one type of stator needs to be established only for the first time)
4.2 Put the exhaust hood motor stator on the test bench and clamp it.
4.3 Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is switched on.
4.4 Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance and rotation will be tested in sequence. The operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.
4.5 The equipment will display PASS or FAIL signal after the test.
4.6 Place a new exhaust hood motor stator and continue to test from step 2.
