3. Software function description

  • Linux operating system, professional software, clear interface
  • Standard equipped with yellow, green and red indicating light. Yellow-in test, green-pass, red-fail.
  • The test item can be selected by the operator.
  • Available selected motor model ≥1000.
  • The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The inductance and resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.
  • Two options are available if the stator fails the test: “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If the stator fails the ending resistance test, the test will be stopped until testing all the other items.
  • The statistics column that record the test result will be displayed on the test interface.
  • The testing data will be saved in the testing system.
