1. The purpose of testing stator under vacuum

  • The stator failure will be detected easily under negative pressure. The testing environment of the stator is quite close to complete vacuum. The lower the pressure is, the longer the arc will be caused under same voltage.​

4. Function description

  • Standard equipped with two stations. All the tests can be done at one-stop. The production efficiency will be highly improved.
  • Tests can be selected or unselected as required. The testing parameters can be set according to the requirements. The light and voice alarm will be triggered automatically if the tested parameters exceed the setting range.
  • Automatic voltage adjusting mode, output voltage of the Hipot and insulation resistance will be corrected automatically to ensure the test accuracy.
  • The winding quality won’t be affected by the surge test, which takes the testing mode of undamaged capacitor impulse discharge. Closed loop feedback control ensures the accuracy of the output impulse voltage.
  • Correct the resistance to that under standard temperature automatically when performing the DC winding resistance test. The consistency of the test result will be guaranteed.

 

5. Others

  • Built-in IPC, professional software, clean interface.
  • Yellow, green and red three-color indicating light.
  • All the tests can be selected or unselected.
  • Two options are available if NG appears: “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If NG appears when testing the winding resistance, the test can be stopped after testing the three windings.
  • The statistical data can be founded on the test interface. All the testing data can be exported via the USB interface.
