Why new energy vehicle motor PD test?
At present, there are two major difficulties in the routine testing of new energy vehicle motors.
(a) Only when the test voltage is high enough to cause a high energy discharge, to identify the fault, and this method is also limited to the motor parts easily damaged case
(b) If the motor winding is of good quality, the conventional test program will not be able to identify faults when the windings are in contact with the shell, or when the windings are in contact with each other.
What are the highlights of AIP PD test technology?
The highlight of AIP PD technology is that it realizes the function of double PD (Pulse PDS + Sinusoidal PDH) in one machine, which can accurately identify the defects that cannot be identified by the conventional test items, such as the contact of the winding with the iron core, the abnormal wiring of the winding, and the contact between the hairpin and each other.
For example, when the intact enameled wire is in contact with the fixed one, assembling into the whole machine for a long time will cause the insulation performance to decline, triggering the leakage of electricity, which can not be detected by the conventional withstand voltage test. However, EP PD partial discharge test technology, regardless of whether the enameled wire is damaged or not, the enameled wire touches the silicon copper sheet, insulation paper damage, and other defects, can be effectively detected, and does not damage the motor to improve the quality and stability of the motor products.
In addition, the AIP PD partial discharge test system can be wired once to complete the PD + constant sub all the test items have the advantages of fast test speed, high precision, ease of operation, and so on. At the same time, the system also adopts an industrial computer for centralized data control, and can also independently analyze, judge, and store all test data, which ensures the quality of the products leaving the factory, and at the same time, can trace the information of the products at a later stage.
